Everything you need to know before your first Thai massage with us.
Yes. Thai with Me is now part of the Hatyai Thai Massage group. The Century City studio has closed, but you can book the same treatments at five Hatyai spas in Green Point, Sea Point, Gardens, Newlands and Claremont.
Yes. All five spas share one price list, and the prices on this website are kept up to date automatically.
Wear comfortable clothes. For an original Thai massage you stay clothed, and we can give you loose cotton clothing. For oil and aromatherapy treatments you undress to your comfort level; we provide disposable underwear and keep you covered with towels.
A full-body Thai massage takes about 90 minutes, which is already a shortened version of the 2 to 3-hour tradition in Thailand. For a focused treatment such as back, neck and shoulders, 45 or 60 minutes works well. Longer sessions are available on request.
Thai massage suits most adults. If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a medical condition, tell us when you book so we can recommend the right treatment.
Please check with your doctor first if you have a serious heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer, deep vein thrombosis or epilepsy. Herbal heat massage is not recommended for people sensitive to heat or with plant allergies.
Clients come to us for back problems, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica and hip discomfort, muscle pain and stress. Most people feel more relaxed and balanced straight away.
Our aromatherapy and herbal heat compresses contain traditional Thai herbs such as ginger, lemongrass, camphor and eucalyptus.
Booking is recommended, especially for evenings, weekends, couples and four-hands treatments. Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is free.
