Sometimes the tension is all in your head, quite literally. This treatment works through the scalp, face, neck and upper back.
Using firm, rhythmic techniques, your therapist massages your scalp, temples, jaw and face before moving down to the neck, shoulders and upper back. Relaxing the small facial muscles feels wonderful and gives your face a fresh, lifted look.
It is a good choice if you suffer from tension headaches, clench your jaw or spend long hours looking at a screen. Many clients drift off to sleep before it ends.
What to expect
You stay fully clothed for most of the treatment and can lie down or sit, whichever is more comfortable. A little oil may be used on the shoulders and neck.
